Michael L. Daffin
President & CEO

Michael L. Daffin is a graduate of Indiana University and has been active in the long-term care management industry since 1976.

Mr. Daffin’s past organizational affiliations included Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Indiana as the Supervisor of Audits and Reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid operations, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company as manager of Audits and Reimbursement for Medicare Intermediary Operations, and Health Care Data Systems, Inc. as the President/Owner, providing Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement consultation to over 35 facilities located within Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin, and with the related company, Tivoli Management, Inc. owning, leasing, and full scope management and operation of facilities located in Ohio and Wisconsin.

Mr. Daffin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of InterMed Management.

James M. Boyd III, LNHA
ExecutiveVice President

James M Boyd, III is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate of Miami University and a Master’s Degree graduate of Central Michigan University. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator by the Ohio Department of Health and has been active in the long-term care management industry since 1972.

Mr. Boyd’s past organizational affiliations included Monterey Life Systems, Inc. as the Director of Operations over 34 nursing facilities; Americana Healthcare Corporation as Nursing Home Acquisitions and Divestiture Manager (and under whose tenure the company grew from 5,000 beds to 10,000 beds), the St. Luke Convalescent Centers as President and part owner of the three facilities, and President and Partner of Medicap Company with direct facility ownership and financial consulting services.

DIANE WASINIAK, QMRP, RN-BC, LNHA
Director of Operations

Ms. Wasiniak is a graduate of the North Central State College School of Nursing, receiving her degree as a Registered Nurse. She also received her BSPA degree in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph’s College. Ms. Wasiniak is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator by the Ohio Department of Health. In addition, she is a licensed “QMRP”, "RN-BC", "LNHA", and is certified in Gerentological Nursing. Ms. Wasiniak is the administrator for the Rose Garden and Kingston operations.

ANTHONY L. WHEATON, LNHA
Vice President of Operations
Director of Marketing Services

Mr. Wheaton graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, from the Ohio State University. He is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator by the Ohio Department of Health. Mr. Wheaton is the administrator for the Twin Oaks Care Center, the Twin Oaks Living & Learning Center, and the Chenita Group Home operations.

TRACY ROBERTSON
Corporate Office Administrative Coordinator.

Ms. Robertson is the critical manager of communications between the organizations operating locations and the Corporate Office staff.

LARRY HUFFSTUTLER
Manager of Life Safety Code Compliance and Physical Facilities Management

Mr. Huffstutler provides ongoing support to existing facilities, remodeling services, and new construction management.
